About

I believe that every person is a beautiful and complex mosaic of experiences and present awareness. My primary goal is to create a safe space for you, where your body can find the peace it needs to heal. Whether you’re feeling anxious, shut down, or in pain, I am here to support you.

With a diverse range of skills, I help clients move more freely and regulate their nervous systems.

I have extensive experience as a Body Control Pilates teacher and trauma-informed Pilates Therapist, using somatic touch to facilitate healing. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with a BSc(Hons) in Psychology, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to my practice.

I also offer ScarWork therapy, employing gentle manual touch techniques to improve functionality and reduce pain after injury or surgery. My specialization in post-breast cancer ScarWork provides a deep understanding of the impacts of chemotherapy and radiotherapy on tissue, allowing me to offer targeted and effective treatments.

My welcoming Pilates Therapy studio in Christchurch is dedicated to working with clients who have osteoporosis, scoliosis, and chronic pain. I also utilize Hypopressives to re-educate the abdominal cavity, particularly the pelvic floor, to help with prolapse, incontinence, posture, and breathing.

My life journey has taken me across three countries, through training as a junior international swimmer, and into the military, before finding my current path. I have raised two incredible children and faced personal challenges such as hypermobility, difficult childbirth, surgeries, and endometrial cancer. My dedication to improving my own nervous system regulation has resulted in increased flexibility, strength, and resilience, which I now bring to my practice to help you achieve similar growth.

Join me on this path to healing and discover the strength and resilience within you. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.

Charity - Healing Hands Network

The Healing Hands Network organises complementary therapies to provide relief of suffering caused by war and the aftermath of war both in the UK and Bosnia.

I am raising money to fund volunteer ScarWork in Sarajevo to help improve the quality of life for those with mental, physical and emotional after-effects of war.
